Prices include Italian taxes. The World is Mine is not responsible for any tax duties or taxes imposed by any countries other than Italy. 
You will be charged in EURO, the equivalent in your local currency will be calculated directly by your bank.
You can use our on line order transmission system: this method, using cryptographed transmission, ensures privacy of your credit card information. Just fill in your credit card information and press "Credit Card Payment" at the end of the page.
Credit card accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD.
Custom-made items (museum tickets, tours etc.) cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellations more than 60 working days before the visit date will be subject to a 30% penalty on the total amount.
Cancellations less than 60 working days before the visit date will not be refundable

BRAVO! Dream Cars
Minimum age: 25 - 30 years as per type and model of vehicle.
Driving license: full current driving license valid since one year for all categories. Same conditions for additional driver approved by Rental Car Company at the time of the rental.
Minimal rental duration: one day = 24 hours. After 2 extra hours, a full day will be charged.
Gasoline: not included.
Payment conditions: Two authorised cards as per vehicle model.
Insurances: RCA included
LDD: Loss & Damage Deductible: Loss & Collision insurances are included in the rates. In case of loss or accident Rental Car Company will be recharged the 15% of damage (Min. Euros 2.000,00). In case the renter damages the vehicle intentionally or by gross negligence, he will be held liable up to the total value of the vehicle. Rental Car Company insurance doesn't cover: damages caused by careless use of the car. In case of accident or mechanical problems, involving the responsibility of the renter, he will be charged for a minimum of 7 days, up to the time required for the final repair (daily rate 2-6 days).
Equipment: baby-seat, GPS Italy included.
Cancellation policy: Would you please note that we apply a cancellation policy of 2 weeks before the service in order to avoid the charge of the entire amount.

Delivery & Drop off: in Florence downtown included.
